At SSpecs, we aim to deliver high-quality automotive LED lighting products to our customers in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within:
- 3–7 business days for most locations in India
- Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas
Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
- Any additional charges for remote locations will be communicated before dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes.
- COD availability is subject to courier serviceability.
- Customers may be required to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your order.

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

Address Accuracy
Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. SSpecs will not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect address information.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
- If an order is returned due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
- Such cases may be treated as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
